1 minced clove of garlic
2 teaspoons vegetable oil.
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard.
¼ teaspoon of soy sauce.
¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
1 teaspoon of ground cumin.
Salt to taste, if desire
8 lamb chops.


1. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the marinade.
2. The lamb chops should be included.
3. Marinate for half an hour with the lid on.
4. Put into the basket of the air fryer.
5. 20 minutes in the air fryer set to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, turning once or twice.
6. Serving suggestion: cumin should be sprinkled on the food just before it is served.
7. Preparation and cooking tips: If you want the lamb chops to be thicker, add three to five minutes of
cooking time.
