Ingredients:
5 ounces of lean pork ground.
¼ cup of chopped scallions
3.5 ounces of sliced cabbage.
2 garlic cloves, chopped into small pieces
1 teaspoon of soy sauce with a decreased amount of sodium.
1 tablespoon lime juice.
1 egg, beaten.
6 egg roll wrappers were included.
Cooking spray.

Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the wrappers.
2. Combine thoroughly.
3. Spread the mixture on top of the wrappers. Wrappers are rolled up and then sealed.
4. Oil should be sprayed.
5. Air fry at 390 degrees F for 5 minutes on each side.
6. Serving Suggestions: Serve with a sweet chili sauce.
7. Preparation and cooking tips: Egg rolls may be prepared in advance by freezing them and then airfrying them when they are needed.
