1. Put the potato wedges in the basket of the air fryer.
2. 10 minutes in the air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, flipping once.
3. Salt the potato wedges and set them aside.
4. Eggs and water are to be combined in a bowl.
5. Flour the fish fillet strips.
6. After being dipped in the egg mixture, dredge in whole wheat breadcrumbs.
7. Oil should be sprayed.
8. Put into the basket of the air fryer.
9. Cook at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for ten minutes, turning once during that time.
