2 potatoes, cut lengthwise into thin coins.

1/2 teaspoon of oregano in its dry form
2 tablespoons lemon zest.
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder.
1/4 teaspoon paprika.
If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste Cooking spray.

Toppings :

2 oz. of chicken breast, cooked and shredded after it has been prepared.
2 oz. feta cheese, grated.
2 tablespoons of finely sliced red onion.
1/4 cup of chopped tomato
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
¼ cup tzatziki


1. Bring the temperature of your air fryer up to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Spray some oil into the basket of your air fryer.
3. Oil should be used to coat the potatoes.
4. Add flavor by seasoning with salt, herbs, and spices.
5. 15 minutes in the air fryer, turning once or twice throughout that time.
6. Place on a dish intended for serving.
7. On top, sprinkle the remaining ingredients.
