2 lamb chops.
Cooking spray.
If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons vegetable oil.
2 cups Brussels sprouts.
1 teaspoon mustard.
½ teaspoon of pure maple syrup.


1. Oil should be sprayed on both sides of the lamb chops.
2. Combine the remaining components in a separate bowl.
3. Place the lamb chops in a single layer on one of the racks of the air fryer.
4. The Brussels sprouts should be placed on the other side.
5. Cook for 15 minutes at a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Serving suggestion: maple syrup should be drizzled over the dish just before it is served.
7. Preparation and cooking tips: If you have access to Dijon mustard, use it instead of regular mustard for this recipe.
