- 1 egg or two egg whites
- 15 g of soft oat flakes
- 25 ml oat milk

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence
- A few drops of liquid sweetener
- A teaspoon of oil to grease the pan
- A splash of agave syrup
- Bananas, raspberries or blueberries
How to make oatmeal and banana pancakes
- Put the banana, the egg, the oat flakes, the vegetable drink, salt, cinnamon, vanilla and the sweetener in the blender glass.
- Blend until the mixture is homogeneous. We keep in the fridge for 30 minutes (it is not mandatory but it improves the dough).
