Ingredients:

1/2 cup of butter.
½ cup swerve sweetener.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1 cup of almond flour.
1 tsp salt.

Directions:

1. Prepare your air fryer by preheating it to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and greasing a baking pan or tray that is 6 inches in diameter.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetener swerve and the butter, then whip the mixture until it is light
and fluffy.
3. After adding the vanilla essence, continue beating until it is completely incorporated.
4. Add the almond flour gradually, mixing in just a tiny bit at a time until you have a smooth ball of
dough on your hands.
5. After spreading the shortbread batter on the baking pan or tray that has been prepared, put the pan in
an air fryer that has been warmed.
6. Bake the shortbread for 15 minutes or until it reaches a golden brown color around the edges.
7. After allowing the shortbread to cool for ten minutes, remove it from the pan, cut it into pieces, and
serve while it is still warm.
