2 zucchinis, cut into rounds and sliced thinly.
1/2 cup of cornstarch in total.
4 egg whites in total.
2 cups whole wheat breadcrumbs.
Cooking spray.
Salt to taste, if desire Dip.
½ cup mayonnaise.
1 cup of sour cream.
2 teaspoons of chopped fresh dill, fresh.
2 teaspoons of chopped chives
2 teaspoons lemon juice.


1. Cornstarch should be used to coat the zucchini.
2. Coat with egg whites.
3. Whole wheat breadcrumbs should be used to dredge.
4. Oil will be sprayed on the zucchini.
5. 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit using the air fryer.
6. Cook for a further 5 minutes after turning the meat.
7. Place on a platter and set aside.
8. Add some Salt to taste, if you desire
9. Combine all of the components of the dip.
10. Serve zucchini chips with the dip.
11. Serving Suggestions: Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
